Dear Shop Owner,

Think about the customers who love what you sell but can't easily get to you:

  • The regular who moved away and still asks about your attars.
  • The visitor who bought a tesbih once and wants another as a gift.
  • The customer who sees something at 10pm, wants it now, and finds your door closed until tomorrow.
  • The person three cities away who would buy today, if only there were a "buy" button.

Every one of them is a sale you're not making, not because they don't want it, but because the only way to buy from you is to walk in.

An online shop opens that door. Customers browse your products, pay by card, and the order lands in your inbox, ready to pack and post, even while you sleep.

Same Customer. 10pm. Two Outcomes.

She's found the perfume she wants. Here's what happens next.

The Math Nobody Shows You

If your average order is around £30, it takes just two online orders a month to cover the monthly fee. Every order after that is extra income your shop wasn't making before.

And unlike your shop, it doesn't need staff, heating, or opening hours.

Three Ways Small Shops Try to Sell Online, and Why They Go Wrong

If you've thought about selling online before, you've probably looked at one of these. Here's what usually happens.

✗ Trap 1: The expensive agency build. You pay £1,500 to £2,500 upfront. The shop is stitched together from dozens of add-ons, each one slowing the site down and each one needing updates. Then the agency moves on to the next client. Months later something breaks at checkout, and you're paying a developer by the hour to work out why.

✗ Trap 2: The do-it-yourself shop builder. Shopify, Wix and the rest are good software, but software isn't a person. You still have to photograph and format every product, set up shipping rules, connect your domain and work out the settings yourself, usually in the evenings after a full day in the shop. Many shops never get finished. The ones that do pay a monthly plan, plus extra apps for the features they need.

✗ Trap 3: Walk-in customers only. It works, but it has a ceiling. You can only sell to people who live nearby, during the hours you're open. Everyone else, the regular who moved away, the visitor who'd buy again, the customer awake at 10pm, buys from someone else.

There's a fourth way: a lean, fast shop built for you, loaded with your products, protected by a security engineer and looked after every month. You run your shop. I run the technology.

What I Build for You, and Why Each Piece Matters

01 —Product Pages That SellPhotos, descriptions, prices, sizes and options, laid out the way customers expect to shop.Customers can't pick up and smell a perfume online. Good photos and clear details are what make them buy anyway.
02 —Your First Products Loaded for YouSend me your product list and photos, and I'll add your first 20 products so you launch with a full shop.An empty shop sells nothing. You start taking orders on day one instead of spending weekends on data entry.
03 —Secure Checkout With Apple Pay & Google PayA simple checkout that works on any phone or computer. Customers pay by card, or with Apple Pay and Google Pay in a single tap.Every confusing step at checkout loses sales. When a customer can pay with their fingerprint or face, they don't have to find their card, and the order gets finished.
04 —Money Straight to Your AccountPayments go directly into your own business account through a trusted payment provider. They never pass through me.Your money, your account, your control, from the very first order.
05 —Order Alerts & Simple ManagementYou're notified of every order, customers get an automatic receipt, and you see everything in one place. You know exactly what to pack and post, without chasing anyone or keeping notes on paper.
06 —Shop-Grade HostingMore server power than a standard website, on fast UK or European servers.A slow checkout is an abandoned checkout. And Google measures how fast your pages load for real visitors and uses it when deciding which shops to show. Speed protects your sales and helps you get found.
07 —Security for a Shop That Takes PaymentsHardened by a security engineer, with card details handled by the payment provider, never stored on your site.Shops are bigger targets than ordinary websites. One security problem can cost you your customers' trust.
08 —Ongoing Care, HandledUpdates, monitoring, backups and fixes, all done for you.Shop software needs regular updates to stay safe and working. You never have to think about it.
09 —One-Tap WhatsApp QuestionsA WhatsApp button on every product, so customers can ask about a size, a scent or delivery before they buy.Nine in ten UK adults online use WhatsApp. A quick question answered is often the difference between "maybe" and a sale.
10 —Re-Order QR Counter CardA print-ready counter card with a QR code that takes in-store customers straight to your online shop.Every customer who walks in can become an online customer. They scan it once, and next time they re-order from home.

My Promise: Test It Before You Launch.

Before your shop goes live, we place a real test order together, from basket to payment to your inbox, so you see with your own eyes that it works. Your monthly fee only starts once your shop is live, and there's no contract. If it isn't working for you, you stop.

How It Works

  1. Send me your products. Names, photos and prices for your first 20 items, plus your logo if you have one.
  2. I build your shop and connect it to your own payment account. You see it before anyone else does.
  3. We test it together, place a real order, and then you go live and start taking orders. Your QR counter card arrives ready to print.

Selling sessions, classes or memberships instead of products? I can set those up for online booking and payment too. Just ask.

Who This Is For, and Who It Isn't

For you if

  • You have products customers would buy if they could
  • You're happy to pack and post orders
  • You want the money going straight to your own account
  • You'd rather someone else handled the technical side

Not if

  • You have thousands of products and need a full warehouse system
  • You can't post or deliver orders
  • You only want a website, not a shop (see the website plan instead)

Yours sincerely,

P.S. Right now, someone who loves what you sell is looking at a closed door. An online shop turns that moment into a sale. Two orders a month covers the cost. Send me one message to start.

P.P.S. Know another business owner who should be selling online? Introduce them, and when their shop launches, you get a month of care free and they get 5 extra products loaded at no charge.

The £195 setup fee covers build work and is non-refundable once work has started. Setup includes building your shop and loading up to 20 products, plus up to three rounds of design changes. Larger catalogues and further redesign work are quoted individually.
